MICHAEL - DIRECTOR
​
Michael draws from his extensive experience as a Business Coaching Firm Owner, Environmental Consultant, World Championship Level Ironman Triathlete, Mentor, and Speaker. As the Director of Real Time Property, he is now focused on creating and developing highly functional properties in the Industrial and Strata Storage markets.
​
A number of early successes on residential projects like a burnt-out house transformation (amongst others) that featured in the Sunday Telegraph! lead to larger and larger projects.
As the property hobby turned into an obsession, Michael studied under a number of real estate 'gurus' and after 10 years of mastering the fundamentals has finally settled on property development as his specialist field.
Seeing unique niches in today's changing real estate market Michael identified a number of future property hotspot areas in NSW. He now focuses on these areas for his projects.
Michael's property development company Real Time Property PL is passionate about delivering functional and state-of-the-art Industrial and Strata Storage facilities for the community. Providing turn-key solutions to strategic building design, financial feasibility analysis, project marketing, and sales are key areas to ensure the success of the projects we engage with.

Properties are not considered sterile constructions for Michael and his team. Instead, through years of smart consumer testing and key industry stakeholder partnerships, his projects provide impressive solutions for owners, businesses, and investors giving them the 'next-level' edge over their competitors.

Bianca leads the communications and marketing portfolio of Real Time Property to empower individuals to advance their property portfolio investments with quality commercial products.
With over 12 years of executive communication and marketing experience, across multiple industries, coupled with a bachelor and postgraduate degree in Marketing, Bianca thrives on bringing the story of the developments to life directly to the very people who will invest and use them.
Bianca's extensive experience in marketing, commerce, operations and project management enables her to support Real Time Property's customer base. Bianca's passion for people feeling understood, inspired and connected has fuelled her determination to build a high-performance company that supports individuals and businesses to grow their property portfolio with versatile in-demand commercial products.
